In this paper, by analyzing real-time scheduling policy and clock mechanism on Linux2.6.12 kernel, a new optimization for embedded ARM-S3C2440 framework is introduced into kernel scheduling module. On the basis of O(1) algorithm, LSF scheduling algorithm is proposed to improve scheduling policy.
